Named for the owners’ pet goats and yellow lab, Goat Lab is a family-owned, German-inspired brewery that lives by the word Gemütlichkeit - a “communal sense of belonging.” Brewing in Lowell since 2022, they brought the herd closer to campus in 2025 with Goat Lab RED in Fayetteville. Father-and-son brewmasters craft German-inspired beers, thoughtfully lagered for a clean, crisp finish. In 2024, Goat Lab became the Official Craft Brewery of the Arkansas Razorbacks, creating their signature Pilsner, TUSK, in honor of the beloved mascot. Goat Lab RED pairs those brews with an all-American menu fit for Fayetteville.
