Named for the owners’ pet goats and yellow lab, Goat Lab is a family-owned, German-inspired brewery that lives by the word Gemütlichkeit - a “communal sense of belonging.” Brewing in Lowell since 2022, they brought the herd closer to campus in 2025 with Goat Lab RED in Fayetteville. Father-and-son brewmasters craft German-inspired beers, thoughtfully lagered for a clean, crisp finish.
