Lurton Loop in Arkansas refers to a short stretch of state highway near the small community of Lurton in Newton County, Arkansas. It’s officially designated as Arkansas Highway 123Y and is also called Lurton Loop. This roughly 1/2 mile spur connects Highway 123 back to Highway 7 and gives drivers a more direct route between the two. The road includes some steep grades and curves, and trucks are generally not allowed on it.
