Golden Gate of the Ozarks
The Beaver Bridge, often referred to as the "Little Golden Gate Bridge", is a historic suspension bridge that spans the White River at Table Rock Lake, connecting the towns of Beaver and Eureka Springs. Built by Pioneer Construction Company and completed in 1949, it extends 554 feet in length and is 11 feet wide, making it the only suspension bridge currently in use in Arkansas. The Bridge has historical significance dating back to the establishment of a ferry crossing in 1850.
