Please note:

• WayHopper is a Service Provider, not an event producer: We provide a technology platform that allows organizers to create interactive geolocation games and tours. We do not produce the events themselves.

• Organizer Responsibility: Event content, logistics, and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the event organizer.  WayHopper waives all liability.  It is a violation of the user agreement to organize an event that will create overcrowding, traffic issues, or any conditions that will endanger the public.

• Public Results: Completion of geolocation games and tours will be made public on the WayHopper platform and website.  An organizer may choose to add tasks and points to a game or tour.  The public results will include a tally of any points accrued.  WayHopper does not facilitate any type of gambling, raffling, or competitive contests.  WayHopper does not sponsor or fund any events.  We are only a contracted technology provider.

• Transparent Fees: WayHopper charges a separate technology fee that will be disclosed at the time of payment for each event. This fee is not associated with any funds collected for the organizer or beneficiary.  The organizer will have a separate escrow account managed by Stripe (the financial processor).  WayHopper does not take possession of these funds, nor does WayHopper receive a portion of those funds.  (Stripe will deduct a standard credit card processing fee from the funds.)

• Focus on Fun - Tracking Your Progress: Our platform helps track the results of your participation in geolocation games and tours, including the tracking of any tasks set up by the organizer.
