By participating in this event, I acknowledge and accept that all activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen, and release Event organizers, sponsors, WayHopper LLC, and any aforementioned affiliates from any and all liability, including negligence. I agree not to hold any party responsible for any harm, loss, or damages, and I waive all legal claims now and in the future.

I understand that the WayHopper app is not intended for use by minors without adult supervision. If a minor interacts or participates in an event, their legal guardian assumes full responsibility and agrees to these terms on their behalf.

I acknowledge that all legal operating requirements must be followed, regardless of whether the event takes place on public or private property. I confirm that I have appropriate insurance, including vehicle insurance if operating a vehicle, and that additional coverage may be required when high-performance vehicles are present.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless WayHopper, event organizers, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from my participation.
